When will my order be delivered?
Understandably, you want to receive your order as soon as possible. Your item is shipped immediately upon receipt or confirmation of payment. You will receive confirmation via e-mail as soon as we have received your payment and as soon as the order has shipped.
How is my order delivered?
Standard shipping includes (trackable) packages using USPS. Delivery time USA 3-5 working days(full USPS tracking included), Canada 5-8 working days(Canada Post tracking included), Asia 8-12 working days, Japan 6-8 working days (tracking included), Australia 10-15 working days (tracking included) New Zealand 8-10 working days (tracking included), Europe 4-7 working days, rest of the world 8-15 working days depending on the location. Please notice our express shipping rates during the checkout process. We offer worldwide Express shipping (trackable packages using Fedex Express or Fedex Next Day Service (USA/Canada/Europe).
All our USPS orders ship from our US depot in South Carolina.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and a separate email with the tracking number (within 24-48 hours) and a link to track your package. Some email providers may route Littlerockstore emails to your spam or junk folder. Be sure to check these folders if you do not see the email in your inbox.
Items on backorder?
Items indicated On Backorder are available for purchase and can be added to your cart simply by choosing the quantity you want and clicking the "Add to Cart" button. The items will be sent as soon as our warehouse receives the new shipment from the factory. When a backordered item is selected, we will provide you with an approximate shipping date. Please be aware that backorder dates are approximate and subject to change. If you have selected an item that is on backorder, you have the option to order it, or select an alternate size or color if available. If using a Credit Card or PayPal, you will be charged for your backordered merchandise at time of order. For orders with in-stock and backorder items, the items will be shipped together.
Littlerockstore does everything possible to ensure that our hundreds of styles, sizes, and colors are in-stock and ready-to-ship. If you wish to cancel your backordered item, please send us an e-mail and make sure to include your order number and e-mail address.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Of course you can have your order delivered to an address that is different from your billing address. When you order, you are given the option of providing us with a billing address and shipping address. You can manage this per order. This gives you the freedom have your order delivered to your home address and have your next order delivered to a different address. At Littlerockstore you can also have your order shipped internationally.
If desired, the item can also be delivered to a P.O. Box number. No problem at all!

We aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible. For international shipping different competitive rates apply. Please notice our express shipping rates during the checkout process. Free USA shipping for orders over $ 75. Free International shipping for orders over $ 125 (depending on the country)

While shopping in our online rock store we will provide with you the best possible information about the items and the item features. If a purchased item does not meet your needs, you can simply return it.
For returns we maintain the following terms:
At Littlerockstore you have a trial period of 30 days (statutory 14 days) from the moment the order is in your possession. Within this trial period, you may review, assess and/or try on the item, unless otherwise stated. We kindly request that you check the product is undamaged and complete immediately upon receipt. If this is not the case, we kindly request that you contact us soon as possible to report any damage or defects.
If you’re not satisfied, you can return the item. This applies to all Littlerockstore items, including any promotional or sale items. You can return an item if it falls within the trial period, if it’s complete and - to the extent that it’s reasonably possible – if it’s in its original factory packaging, including original accessories and labels. If the products are worn or washed, you have tried to repair a defect yourself or you have not followed the instructions, then obviously we can’t accept your return. For example, please make sure that you try out shoes on soft surfaces (e.g. carpet) and that you do not dirty the products.
Do you want to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color? You can return your order within the trial period. And you can place your new order via the usual procedure. An order of the same item in a different size or color is considered a new order.
Which items can’t be exchanged?
Items that are clearly personal by nature or by their nature cannot be returned.
You can return items within 30 days. Remember to fill out the return form that you should have received with your order. You can return items to either our U.S or European warehouse.
Shipping costs for returns
Please make sure that the package you’re returning carries sufficient postage. Unfortunately, we can’t process unstamped or insufficiently stamped shipments. In the event you wish to exchange an item, we will cover the new delivery costs. We feel that this is our duty towards our customers.
Unfortunately, due to technical reasons, we are not able to offset the new order against the returned order. Following receipt of your return order, a full refund (shipping costs included) will be deposited on your account within a few days.
